Is anyone having trouble gettin to there server online. i can access locally but when i go to my browser and enter my address for my server can access it. is anyone else havin this trouble.

check to make sure that naws is listening on all IPs, not only one of them (localhost and public)

then check firewalls, correct ip addresses etc,

if you have some special network connection or something explain it, as loads of things can cause trouble....

Some routers don't handle loopback connections... That is, they will not let you connect to a server on your local network by your Internet IP address even though you have correctly forwarded the port in the router's configuration. My Westell Versalink 327W is like that.

This does not effect others' connecting to your Internet IP address from across the Internet, just from connecting within, through the router to back within.

If you have a router of some sort (even many DSL/Cable modems count here) that you are connecting to the Internet through, you may will need to forward the port that you have chosen in the Web server software in your router's configuration.

If you are unsure of how this would be done, please take a look to www.portforward.com.
