What you would need to do is to create a new port forwarding operation (via the 'New' button) for each of the ports listened on by the game server. This would need to be done from a computer at home or at another place that has full Internet access. For each one, you would have the local (listening) port be one of the ports that are allowed by the school's gateway. The destination ports would be those at the game server, along with the destination host as well being that (address) of the game server. You would need to somehow then configure your game to connect to your home's (or other place's) IP address and also would need to be able to change the ports that it connects to. You would of course need to set up *port forwarding in your home router's configuration. To find out more about setting that up, see www.portforward.com.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: You mentioned some NETBIOS port numbers as being allowed. It may not be safe for you to forward these ports in your router's configuration. (and you probably can't configure AUTAPF to listen on them anyway.) If you do decide to use these port numbers, do so at your own risk. (well, everything you do with this information is at your own risk, but this was of extra importance to mention)

So your saying on local port, I put a port that is allowed on my school gateway. Then black for ip. After that I put the game servers port on remote and game servers ip on remote ip and start it?

There is probably something else listening on that port number.

Try using a program such as TCPView from
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/TcpView.html
to see what is listening on that port.
