I mean...
it isn't clearly stated on the main site,the "About" box or something,
but from reading the End User Licence Agreement,
I assume it is released as "Freeware",is that the case?

NetworkActiv Port Scanner (also called NetworkActiv Scanner) version 4.0 is freeware and may be used at no charge for personal and/or commercial uses.
