Problem: The image from the AutoDRO appears with vertical bars or blinds, as shown in the image here:

Solution: Some models of the AutoDRO may not support gradual image brightness. On these models, the top light must use full brightness.

Problem: When trying to run ReadySense on Windows XP, you receive an error saying “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)”, as shown here:

Solution: First, make sure that your Windows XP is updated to Service Pack 3 or later. Then, make sure you have the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.0. You may also need Microsoft WIC. Additionally, Silverlight is necessary to run ReadySense (although installation does not require it).
